Job information

Work content:

1.Responsible for making product quality assurance plan according to the technical agreement.

2.Responsible for making testing programs in accordance with the type test outline provided by the technology department, and keeping contacted with the laboratory to put them into practice.

3. Responsible for making product control plan in accordance with the PFMEA and process flow chart, and updating the control plan according to the upgrading of the drawings and the change of demand.

4.Responsible for organizing the internal and external first article inspection of products, formulating the PDCA, and tracking and verifying the completion of the PDCA.

5. Responsible for collecting the various documents required for the external first article inspection.

6.Responsible for the identification work of embedded parts for the first article inspection according to the drawings.

7. Responsible for compiling inspection guidance according to the control plan, and continuously updating it according to the upgraded version, notification and modification of the drawings.

8.Responsible for calculating and analyzing non-conforming products per month and returned parts from the customers; and, if necessary, also formulating corrective and preventive measures according to the results of the analysis.

9.Responsible for monitoring the implementation situation of the technical notification.

10. Responsible for the internal/external release of the products to the customer in accordance with their requirements.

11. Responsible for dealing with the customer complaints within the required time, analyzing the causes of quality problems and defining the involved party. It is necessary to give the feedback to the responsible department to further analyze the causes and draw up measures. For products issued already, it is required to assist to develop solutions; and, for the products unissued, it is necessary to investigate and check the manufacturing process. If necessary, it is needed to draw up corrective and preventive measures according to the results of analysis. Finally, there is a need to reply the results to the after-sale department or customers.

12.Responsible for carrying out in-process procedure and quality control with variable intervals over various processes and workshops.

13. Responsible for the completion of other work assigned by the department leader.

Qualification:

Educational background: college degree or above majoring in machinery and chemical engineering.

Training experience: need to be received the ISO9000 quality system and related management training.

Experience: 2-year experience above of real-object or on-site quality management.

Skills:

1. Need to be familiar with ISO9001 quality management system;

2. Need to have the ability of quality planning;

3.Need to understand the processing technology of FRP products.

4. Understand the knowledge of machinery and welding.

Attitude: need to have a wide range of knowledge, good communication skills and organizational ability.
